In consideration of Vito Chimienti d/b/a Lindy’s Landing Campground furnishing services and/or camping facilities to enable me to camp at said Lindy’s Landing Campground and engage in lawfully permitted recreational activities I hereby agree as follows:

            I fully understand that there are risks, hazards and dangers associated with campground activities at Lindy’s Landing Campground. These risks include the uncertainties of the river or of the weather, hazards in the river, possible collisions while traveling by land vehicle or watercraft, altercations with other persons both within the campground and out on the river including other participants in the same activity, and with the uncertainty of conditions often found in an outdoor environment. I fully understand that the description of these risks is not complete and that other unknown or unforeseen risks may result in severe injury or death. I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THESE ACTIVITIES AND AM USING THE SERVICES OF LINDY’S LANDING CAMPGROUND WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF THE RISKS INVOLVED AND I ACCEPT AND ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISK OF THE ACTIVITIES  AND SERVICES WHETHER OR NOT DESCRIBED ABOVE, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, FORESEEABLE OR UNFORESEEN. I UNDERSTAND THAT THESE RISKS MAY RESULT IN LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND/OR INJURY OR DEATH TO PERSON. 

             I agree for myself and for all minors for whom I am parent or guardian, for my heirs, successors and assigns, that I release Vito Chimienti d/b/a Lindy’s Landing Campground, its agents and employees from any and all claims, damages and injuries, including all injuries to person or property, arising directly or indirectly while at Lindy’s Landing Campground. This release and the following indemnification includes any claims arising in whole or in part from negligent or willful acts or omissions of Vito Chimienti d/b/a Lindy’s Landing Campground, its agents or employees. 

             I agree for myself and for all minors for whom I am parent or guardian, for my heirs, successors and assigns, that I shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Vito Chimienti d/b/a Lindy’s Landing Campground, its agents or employees from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorney fees, that may be incurred by Vito Chimienti, its agents or employees, that are related, directly or indirectly, to my or any minor for whom I am parent or guardian, use of Lindy’s Landing Campground.
