Basic Campground Rules

1.  The speed limit is 5 m.p.h. throughout the entire campground…please observe it as there may be children at play.

2.  Pets are to be kept on a leash at all times, are not to be left unattended and are not allowed in buildings. Please clean up after your pets…carry a “Pooper-Scooper”.

3.  Illegal, immoral and/or offensive language or behavior will not be tolerated.

4.  Parents are responsible for the whereabouts, safety and behavior of their minor children at all times.

5.  Please keep your campsite neat and clean. Trash, if bagged or boxed up neatly, may be placed at the edge of your campsite road for pick up…otherwise please use the dumpsters provided. We would appreciate your not “trashing” ANY part of this beautiful place as you wouldn’t appreciate us “thrashing” your home.

6.  Fires are only permitted in grills or provided fire pits. Absolutely NO bonfires! Check at the office for availability of fire pits and firewood…do not chop, cut or destroy the trees in any way.

7.  Use of weapons, explosives or fireworks of any type is strictly prohibited.

8.  There is to be one and only one picnic table per campsite. Do not remove them from other sites…if you require more than one please contact the office.

9.  Please observe common camping courtesy by refraining from walking through other campsites and by reducing loud music, noise and bright lighting during the hours 11:00 P.M. through 8:00 A.M.

10. Please observe the privacy of the permanent and semi-permanent residents by staying out of their areas unless invited in.

11. Parking is only permitted at your individual campsite and areas designated for parking. Please obey all “No Parking” designations.

12. Activities on the river are strictly enforced by the Fresno and Tulare County Sheriff Departments, the Reedley Police Department and the Department of Fish and Game…BE CAREFUL!

Site Re-assignment Policy:

For reasons such as (however not limited to) previous long time commitments or to facilitate construction, re-construction and/or repair of a particular area or site, etc., Lindy’s Landing Park hereby reserves the right to re-assign any camper/visitor/guest (and those occupying a particular site together with him) to another site of equal or higher status by giving at least 48 hours notice of our intention to do so. This policy shall apply to any and all persons staying here at Lindy’s Landing Park regardless as to whether their stay may be on a long or short term basis and it is intended that such a re-assignment be strictly temporary in nature.

Lindy’s Landing and its staff and employees assume absolutely no responsibility what-so-ever for accidents, injuries or losses from any cause. We also reserve the right to alter these rules at any time and to evict (and/or have arrested if warranted) without refund any person or persons committing major infractions of these rules.

We are very pleased to have you as our guest and hope your stay with us is a delightfully pleasing one.
