destroy the trees in any way.

Site Re-assignment Policy:
For reasons such as (however not limited
to) previous long time commitments or to facilitate construction,
re-construction and/or repair of a particular area or site, etc.,
Lindy’s Landing Park hereby reserves the right to re-assign any
camper/visitor/guest (and those occupying a particular site together
with him) to another site of equal or higher status by giving at least
48 hours notice of our intention to do so. This policy shall apply to
any and all persons staying here at Lindy’s Landing Park regardless as
to whether their stay may be on a long or short term basis and it is
intended that such a re-assignment be strictly temporary in nature.
Lindy’s Landing and its staff and
employees assume absolutely no responsibility what-so-ever for
accidents, injuries or losses from any cause. We also reserve the right
to alter these rules at any time and to evict (and/or have arrested if
warranted) without refund any person or persons committing major
infractions of these rules.
We are very pleased to have you as our
guest and hope your stay with us is a delightfully pleasing one. |
